This counseling includes education the client about:  Their loan and application grant options, the loan and/or grant processes, what housing programs are available to serve low to moderate income persons. Maintaining the home by providing preventative maintenance service to the home. Offer support to prevent foreclosures.

Loan programs – Zero Interest Home Rehabilitation Grant/Loan, Low Interest Home improvement Loan Program home Improvement Loan Programs, Home Improvement Incentive Loan Program, Home Rehabilitation Assistance Program, Emergency Home Repair Loan Program

Senior programs – Level 1 senior home repair provides information on opportunities for grants repairs to homes, owned and occupied by very-low income senior citizens and/or disabled persons of any age.

Level 2 senior home repair provides handyman services for minor home repairs to senior and disabled homeowners.  Eligible households may receive two visits per year at no charge; additional visit will be accessed minor fees.
